is it ok that our nurses here will go to abroad?

as a nursing student
for me its okie
i don't want to be ENGARATA
honestly, most of the garduated student nurses planning to go abroad to earn big salary..
but of course for us to be able to have a good credentials we
should work here in our country
for 5 years i think dat's enuf..
and if a gud oppurtunity comes to work abroad so lets
grab it...

and if we earn enough money for our family
lets go back to our country
and serve our country men
who needs much health attention..
